INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  1. Contact customer service with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return by clicking here and filling out the form.
  2. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.**
  3. Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return merchandise after it has been received.

We'll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

dozzior.com does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.dozzior.com to submit a new order for your new items.

STORE RETURN POLICY

You may return full price merchandise purchased in-store to any dozzior store for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. We only refund cash purchases to credit cards at this time.
